room helps companies prepare claim-based briefs from selected evidence, find relevant fits and make introductions after both sides accept. It also supports existing governed Room workflows. Every disclosure between teams is authorized by the team that owns the data and recorded. We provide the service as described in the product and its documentation. We do not warrant the accuracy of answers produced by model providers.
You must use a work email you control and give accurate company information. You are responsible for the people you invite to your team and for credentials you create for agents. Keep credentials secret; revoke them if they may have leaked. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent a company or misuse the service.
You keep ownership of what you contribute. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service: to store your content, acquire selected evidence from tools you connect, send content covered by your processing permission to the declared provider, compare activated briefs, and deliver authorized results to their recipients. An approval you record is your authorization for that exact use. You are responsible for having the right to contribute the data you upload.
Do not upload data you are not permitted to share, attempt to access another team's data outside the product's authorizations, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to harass or defraud. We may remove content or suspend access to protect other users or the service.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features with notice where practical. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may terminate for breach of these terms. Sections on content ownership, liability, and records survive termination. Questions go through the contact form. Our privacy notice explains how data is handled.
